"Life of Pi" is an amazing book! I can't remember who wrote it, but it's great.
It's about a young boy that got lost at sea with a tiger on a raft.
Pick it up

Lost At Sea Book

There's a book that I think is called The Way of the Sea, a true story of four sailors who were shipwrecked and three ate the other. The eaten one was called Richard Parker, which is also the name of the tiger in Life of Pi (I agree with that recommendation too); I'm guessing the tiger was named after that Richard Parker (although in the story he was not).

the old man and the sea by hemmingway pops into mind, but he wasn't really lost and it's more about man vs. nature.

robinson crusoe and swiss family robinson were lost on a deserted island, but i think this kinda fits.

the open boat by steven crane best fits your requirements, it's about people lost at sea, but it's more a short story.

here's a site with the text in its entireity.
