In order to be allowed to operate in countries like Vietnam and China, Yahoo (and other likes) must obey local (communist) laws, which oppress free speech and require providing info to the communist authority on any one there (not here of course) determined as "counter-revolutionary", "reactionary". The lure of profit has blinded the capitalist operators. Karl Marx said "Someday the communist will hang the capitalist with the rope financed by the capitalist".

When you are on the English site, your questions must be in English. If you want to use Vietnamese you must go to Yahoo international and go to the Vietnamese site.

Please read Yahoo guidelines for users and it is spelled out.

edit:
If you were using the Vietnamese site, there may be a content issue. Political speech may be subject to censorship there. The web in many other countries is not as open as it is here.

You shouldn't call people dumb, since your question was not clear. If you are having a problem with YA Vietnam you should have asked the question there!!!!!!!!!!!!

R-e-a-d the rules on posting! There are other forums here where you can impress people with your expertise in the vietnamese language. Frankly, how on earth did you expect any of us to know what you were talking about any way? Go contact your lawyer in vietnamese.
TO FREEDOM: The only DUMBAZZ is an illiterate who would post a question in vietnamese on an english forum!
Third grade must have been the toughest six years of your life.

The problem with freedom of speech on this forum is actually a simple one.
First off before one can get yahoo id etc they have to agree to the terms. In essence one has already agree to curtail their freedom of speech by agreeing to the terms and conditions.
Just because one has freedom of speech doesn't mean they can go into their neighbors house and spew off what ever they want. The neighor can kick them out or have the legally escorted out.

There's a Vietnam site, you should use it. Y!A requires that you stick to English on the US site. It's probably a requirement of Homeland Security, but in any case it's clearly stated in the Community Guidelines.

"Dont....Post in the wrong language, or post content that is incomprehensible. Content written in Spanish is in violation if it appears on any Answers English sites, and content written in English is in violation if it appears on any Answers Spanish sites."

Neither the the superb option nor the left has the monopoly on hatred and vitriolics. besides the fact that, maximum incidents of fatal violence appeared to have been committed by using people advocating extreme suitable-wing philosophies: the Oklahoma bombing, the Holocaust Museum shoot out, the Harvey Milk killing, the Abortion sanatorium taking photographs...

These jerkoffs that run YA are retards! They allow hate speech of a liberal nature pass without deletion all to often! I would say get used to it. Don't let it deter you from posting good questions some will get through!

You can even use this to get an answer but don't expect much:
