it has been soo hot here in southern Calif. today...it was too hot to cook....so I'm cooking chicken in the crockpot while we sleep...tomorrow will be about 105 +

Never. Sounds like a good idea tho. I have cooked a turkey in an oven beginning about 5:00 a.m. Does that count?

No. I don't cook much. My ex gf used to cook Minestrone soup or chili all night long. Not really a good smell to wake up to first thing in the morning lol

Woah, that's hot day and I never tried it before, I couldn't even if I wanted to because opening my eves on a saturday morning at about 10 is quite a challange for me.

Yes, in the summer it's easier to cook overnight in the grub pot, as my son calls it.
