the ones on around my penis are normal.. typical pubes.. but ive notices that the ones on my testicle sack are way different... they are more ''rubbery''.... there is this weird yellowish/brownish matter growing around EACH pubic hair... and it makes each hair like rubber.... does it have to do with the fact that balls tend to sweat too much? is it dried sweat?
please help im sure its nothing serious but its quite repulsive when u close-look at it.....

Pardon me ... but you really need to get out more. Perhaps
taking some community collage courses, do some volunteer work ....something. You are definitely spending way too much time by yourself.

Chances are it's just dried sweat and "stuff" that accumulates there. Check out your pubes after you take a shower to see if there's really that much of a difference.

Also, after you shower/bathe make sure to dry yourself thoroughly ... and then there's the thing about clean underwear every day.
