Questions about the SAT and TOEFL...?

Hello,
Regarding Medical Colleges:

Could you tell me what TOEFL score range is considered excellent?

Also, could you please tell me the SAT score range which is regarded to be very good?

Please note that I am asking about the iBT TOEFL test and the Math SAT test.

above 95 is excellent.

For the iBT TOEFL, I'd say over 110 is "excellent". Not sure about the SAT, maybe 1900+.
