Notice how Kobe doesn't make it! The reason is simple he wouldn't pass it to anyone! All the players I have selected were team oriented. Cooper has won more titles then Kobe as well. It was hard to chose between Cooper or Eddie Jones but since Cooper won 5 championships with the Lakers he was an easy choice.

I felt that having the best Lakers team will do a lot of injustice to other great lakers so i sent in the first team and their reserves.
I picked Magic over Jerry West, because well simply who wouldn't.No matter how great West was on the court, he wasn't Magic
I picked Elgin Baylor over Worth course I felt that he was a centrepiece of the Lakers and 1 of the greatest scorers of all time.He held many Lakers records until Kobe came along.
I picked Kobe over Gail because I feel Kobe in on the way to becoming not only Lakers Legend but a NBA legend.
For PF, as you can see I placed centers in both positions.This is because I just couldn't think of any great Lakers PF's.So I picked Wilt over George Mikan because well,save Jordon, Wilt is the best to have played the game and the biggest scoring machine of all time.As to why I picked
C-I picked Kareem over Shaq because I feel, save Wilt and Russel,Kareem was possibly the best C to ever play the game.As to why I picked Kareem over Wilt its,because he wastaller and bigger
