I believe the title of the movie is called Sible or Cible..or at least it sounds that way.
It's about child abuse..and has one scene where they tie the child up and make her listen to them playing piano

Sybil. I believe a made for TV movie. Based on a true story of the multiple personalities of a child abuse victim. This was very interesting and good.
