my dad wrote real estate investing for dummies and property management for dummies

his books are very informative. i would suggest them.

he does t.v. and radio too where people can call in with specific problems...

The best way is probably to look into property management firms that specialize in what you are seeking. Property management firms usually take a percentage of your monthly rent (~7%) but are responsible for getting a tenant and managing the property.

A realtor would likely charge you a month's worth of rent to get you a 1-year lease and won't handle rent collection, etc.

You could also advertise on Craig's list. This provides at least a bare minimum of screening to computer owners or users.
