It could or could not be totally martial arts-based, but it MUST have martial arts. It could or could not have energy attacks. I want some thing that has a good animation as avatar ( that means no changing background and the fist/kick is not moving)
I already seen dbz, yu yu, avatar, naruto, bleach, one piece, comboy bebop, boondocks, afro samurai, samurai champloo, ranma, and demon eye kyo. Is this too much or there any good one?

Asking for a good an animation as Avatar is a tall order to fill. Avatar has a huge budget and uses a ton more frames than any Japanese anime, but I'll try to list some good martial art shows for you.

History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi is a currently ongoing series about a boy who was at first pitiful becoming a strong fighter as he trains under many different unique and somewhat comedic masters. http://myanimelist.net/anime.php?id=1559

Tenjou Tenge is another good martial arts anime that offers some pretty unique styles of fighting that you don't see in other places. http://myanimelist.net/anime.php?id=174

Flame of Recca is an older series, but has been very popular. http://myanimelist.net/anime.php?id=238

Baki the Grappler is a series that I have heard good things about, but I have never gotten around to watching. http://myanimelist.net/anime.php?id=287

If you are looking for some good anime to watch with martial arts you should watch Shura no Toki. This anime is about a clan called the Mutzu in Japan that fights armed opponents without weapons. This anime is about 24-30 episodes long and follows the life of three people from the mutzu clan and how that fought and beat some of the greatest japanese warriors of all time. Like Musashi Meamoto, Jubei Yagau and others that you will see on other anime.

Another one is berserk which is really really good. This one is not martial arts but medieval type fighting but it is really good. It has a lot of action and violence and a pretty good story line. I recomment this even though you are asking about martial arts.

Samurai Deeper Kyo is a pretty good one.

Ninja Scroll the series

Baki the Grappler is good only two seasons though

Have you seen Dragon Ball? This is before DBZ where young Goku (& Krirrin) is trained by Master Roshi. You get some good stuff from Yamcha , Tien , Chaotsu , Yarjorobi etc. It is more 'adult' than DBZ and i found it funnier too. My partner liked it 'because there was more martial arts in it' too.
