I've deleted some pics and want to see if I can recover them.

well you need to understand this reality first that.
1- when u delete something from ur computer it will will go to recycle bin.
2- when u delete it from recycle bin, it looks like it is deleted from computer and can never restored, BUT it still remains in your hard disk until u put some data on exactly the same hard-disk location from where u delete the data.
3- use "power data recovery" or Getdataback data recovery" to get ur data back. they can be downloaded from www.download.com. there are many software which can recover the data even from a formatted hard drive.

if its really important, try to contact a data recovery centre. Look up the internet for undelete utilities!

if your newby with computer things, youll probably answer no...
but YES it is possible, whether you believe it or not... i just done that when my harddisk was accidentally formatted... search in yahoo about file recovery...

did you attempt better seek? i deleted stuff on my pc and recycling bin then later basically did a sophisticated seek and located them... idk how reason i did not save them two times
