...you're talking about one of the macabre and ghoulish stories from the 1972 horror anthology, culled from the folks over at the British Amicus Studios, and called "Asylum" (...aka "The House of Crazies")...
...in one of the stories, a husband murders his nagging wife, and murders her; then he chops up the body, wraps the pieces in brown paper, tied with twine, and puts the pieces in the basement freezer. However, apparently revenge runs deep...even within the parts, so the husband soon finds himself terrorized by the frozen parts of his murdered wife...which seem to have come to life...and they want vengeance...

No Idea... I guess there arer plenty movies out there with that kind of story but sounds alot like one of the Re-Animator movies to me.
