I used to have a big issue with trust. I always found it difficult to trust someone, no matter how close this person was to me. I reagarded it as being part of my upbringing because we changed country often and it was difficult to build real relationships of friendships or love.

However, I have recently found myself in love with the most caring and loving man I have ever met and, to my big surprise, I had no problem in trusting him from the beginning. Something about what he says and what he does has broken down my barriers and I would easily put myself in his hands, close my eyes and ask him to lead the way.

I know he feels the same way about me, as he has asked me to take his hand and make him follow, too.

If you can't trust him/her, why are you with him/her? You should trust your significant other with all your heart. If you don't, they aren't the right person for you.

You make it sound like it is limited.

I can give her the world if that is what she needs but trust is not something you give but something you share.

She will share my trust and I hers.

You don't have to give anything.

And you can't lose it either.

All you can do is abuse it by taking it for granted.
