Yes i feel a great change for humanity coming!
The air is literally charged lately..
I feel it deep down in my soul.

What strikes me as odd is the amount of people who fear this!

We are living on a beautiful spinning ball of dirt known as mother earth, and she is all about change. we have days that change in to night, four seasons that change within one year, nature is changing constantly to survive the elements of this environment, weather that changes with no warning or reason...and moon cycles that affect everything on this planet.
However, it still amazes me that we humans live on this sphere of inevitable change and we are still absoloutley petrified of change at the same time! Even when our body is an intamite indication of change with every passing year. Just look at the grey hairs, balding scalps, laugh lines, and the way our skin shows us that change is predestined!

Sometimes i feel that we are so out of sync with this planets organic process and life force, that it is hard to fathom!

The change which is inevitable has been predicted for centuries in ancient prophecies by ancient civilizations including Mayans and ancient Egyptions even the bible!

The change of 2012 will be a spiritual awakening on this planet and the rememberance of out truth which is oneness.
If one thinks this change is overrated they should google 2012 on the net and you will find 114000 000 sites discussing these prophecies. Its a global discussion of unbelieveable proportion~~A change is comming and it will affect every man woman and child on this planet.

Some people believe there will be massive enviromental adversities that will contribute to much of this spiritual awakening. Others talk about new dimensions being
explored .
Most spiritualists who research this change or shift have come to the agreement that it is for the betterment of the planet and a spiritual revoloution will be involved.

I am an optimist, who is hopeful for humanity as a whole.
I Believe that the change is an extreme makeover that our souls wished for before we were born!
I believe that this monumental change is what is needed for this race called humans. Without it we are doomed to self implode! ~ just think how nice it will be to live in a world of spiritually evolved souls!
Blessed Be!, Ariel

Yeah. Lots of it.

Theoretical physics is starting to show us a stranger reality than anybody could ever have imagined, and technologies like Cybernetics, Genetic Modification, AI, Quantum Computing and the like hold out the promise, for good or ill, of immortality and post-humanity.

On the social and ecological front, we are beginning to see just how intimately we really are tied to the earth, from something as simple as finding that raw, natural foods really are the most beneficial to us, to beginning to understand ecology in a fundamental way. Hopefully this knowledge will allow us to return to nature, not as innocents, like we were before civilization, but with a greater understanding and wisdom that will allow us to be the stewards of nature so many religions say we are.

Of course, as many opportunities as there are, the dangers are all the greater. Global warming has us on a knife's edge, and the increasing religious and nationalist fundamentalism we're seeing in the world will almost certainly lead to cataclysm. What could come after that though, still has me hopefull.

Basically, I see an increasing contrast between rational, optimistic, inclusive people and dogmatic, fearful exclusionists. But then, that is how the great Tao works, Yin and Yang becoming more and more removed from each other, then suddenly finding a balance as each grows from the other.

EDIT: I think I should come hang out here more. Seems there's a lot more harmony on here than over in R&S...

Wow!, you guys are actually nice. 30 min. ago I found myself fearful to answer a question on R&S, some of those guys are vicious. As a small child in the 60's I could feel something coming.I remember asking my dad what would happen to all the machines if something happened to all the people because no one person could run them all.I was about 7 or 8. It always has felt like massive impending doom. Even now it still feels scary just because it feels so big. Before my Mentor left in 1991 she told me that the Lightmen had disbanded years earlier, they just could no longer keep it at bay. She also said that the US, when founded had the opportunity to really create as much of a Utopia as possible here, & we failed miserably. You need only look at our history, all but wipeing out the Native Americans & slavery are just 2 good examples. Today we live in a society where the dollar rules for the most part. Our goverment of the people, for the people, & by the people is a joke. We like to blame the political leaders but we are to blame. We make our voting decisions based on some sort of trumped up moral issues instead of getting the facts & making decisions based on some semblance of reality. As long as we have our house, nice car, TV, Ipods, ect. we don't want to be bothered. Unfortunately most of us learn thru pain because we are not motivated when we are warm, fat, & comfy. Well, we are about to get motivated big time. My NewAge friends tell me we are on the verge of a new enlightened consciousnes, but what I see in my life & on the news does not support that, although hope always springs eternal. As for me, I have felt an internal sense of urgency to make certain strides on my path. Are there some of us really walking a path? Well yes, but we are few relatively speaking & we allow the asleep people to run this place. With knowledge, insight, & understanding comes great responsibility, & most of us are like I was at the R&S section, afraid or unwiling to make a stand for Truth. Sorry for any spelling errors, I am a rotten speller & the spell check is garbage.

I asked a very vague question a week or so ago and got some answers that were quite interesting.

I've felt it for some time now. The feeling is very large, almost to the point that it's overwhelming. I'm not completely filled with dread but I think that there's a challenge for us on the horizon.

I think the fact that so many of us seem to understand there's something coming is going to help us in some way - maybe we'll be prepared to help as our individual circumstances allow as this arises and we as a people deal with whatever-it-is.

Blessings

Yes. It all really kicked off in 1987 as I understand it. I first came across it in '91.
Light workers have been hard at it ever since and the pace is really hotting up.
I've spoken on this site about the polarisation in the world, and that is becoming ever more apparent. We have to know which side we're on.
And I agree with a previous responder about the time limit of around five years.
Hold on folks, it gonna get bumpy!

EDIT,
Wanna help?
Do you want to help alleviate the suffering which goes with all this stuff?
There is a meditation practice designed for just that.
Do a search on Pema Chodron Tonglen.

Change is a constant. Nothing ever stays the same no matter how much it seems like it at first.

As for winds of change? Something big is coming. Don't know what, but it's coming nonetheless.

What tarot are you refering to? Just curious.

Change is relative. I know sometimes I'd like to change my relatives!

Seriously though, every generation sees some kind of change. In the distant past things had a tendency to change a lot more drastically than today.
There are many causes of change but social change always gets dwarfed by environmental change.
It would take only one comet colliding with Earth to wipe out all life on the planet. Global warming threatens the food chain. Who knows what other scary changes are possible?
Religious people make the mistake of thinking that God is all concerned about Earth, but our Earth is just one of trillions of planets with sentient life on them.
Would it be so bad if God expected us to fix our own problems?

Absolutely. I have had this feeling since before that tragic events of 9/11. It started when I kept seeing the number 11 everywhere. I didn't think much of it until that day. After that day, I stopped seeing the number for quite a while. But in the last 2 years or so, I have started to see it again. Because this number seemed to prophesy a big change before, it makes me believe that we are in for another big change.

Every sensitive that I've spoken to about this agrees. Something big is coming. There is going to be a major upheval soon. (I would say in the next five years or so) I have been feeling a tension to the world, a feeling of strain almost to the breaking point. My intuition tells me that the change is going to be for the better, but that may just be me imposing my own hopes that our society will cast off the empty materialistic facade that we've spent the last two decades building and open our collective eyes to the realm of possibilities that lie within each and every one of us.

"It is the divine right of every human being to transcend the limitations that DNA has placed on us and evolve as spiritual beings. The difficulity lies in developing the inclination to do so."

Everyone sees the puppet theater out in force making unnatural things happen. Does anyone dare point their finger at the manipulators behind this arrangement? Most point their finger at George W. Bush but that's why he was put there in the first place, to take the fall. We could blame his religion but it was crafted to make people like him. We could blame the people that voted for him but the opposition was and is still created in much the same way he was. There are two political parties in America in the same way there's big competition between oil companies. How can the puppet show not come out the way it's intended there's very few pulling the strings. They don't care even if we say these things unless we're inconvenient nothing happens and if you're lucky enough to make a difference you will not have much of a future. I see no one asking about many things and many arguing about stuff that makes no difference. When we're in danger of asking questions then one of the thousands of invisible events that happen every day becomes blown out of proportion and becomes and international scandal.

As above so below.
This is all a reflection of ourselves. Who's pulling our strings, why do we worry about things that don't matter, why do we get bent out of shape over little things but don't face the big issues. If we can see through ourselves then nothing can fool us.

Yes things are changing. It feels like 1967 to me.
