Buy whatever they sell in the fabric store, not in a bookstore. You want to be able to remove the ink from the fabric when you're done.

You'll want to go to your local fabric/crafts store. Do NOT use carbon paper on fabric - it will stain. What you need is called "tracing paper" - it is paper with a coating of colored chalk on one side. An example can be found at: http://www.clotilde.com/detail.html?prod_id=122&criteria=paper
You will also need a tracing wheel - a picture can be found: http://store.atlantathread.com/tracingwheels.html
