Copyright is one word.

What you wrote is a phrase, not a complete sentence.

A sentence would be "Copyright is reserved by ABC Inc."

I looked at some books and what was written there was:

Copyright © by (owner or publisher of the book)

So I guess it's wrong. Maybe what should have been written was:

Copyright © by ABC Inc.,
All rights reserved.

Now that would make sense.

Also, sorry to be rude but your question is also wrong. It should be, "Does anyone know this sentence?" It would have been better if you wrote "Is this sentence correct?" And your spelling is wrong. It's "explain" and not "explean". Sorry again if I offended you.

EDIT: please take note also, "copyright" is one whole word, not two.

Copyright is one word, but the rest of it is correct. It only means that the ABC company has the right to that intellectual property and that they must consent to it's "commercial use" or "it's use in an attempt to make money".

It means that the copy right is owned by the company ABC.Reserving the copy right means that the company ABC reserves the rights to allow people to use anything branded by them.

See your point.
The quoted line , is proper as written on ,eg. a document is copyright protected.
It is just a brief way to say , for instance" use of this (item) is reserved for the copyright holder & is protected under copyright laws"
It's meaning is well known although the short version is not really a complete sentence.
Best regards
