I'm making a For Sale flier, and want to set up tearable tabs with my phone number, running up/down along the bottom of the page. How do I do this?

One of the easiest way to do this is to do the following:

1. Open Word and write the main caption.
2. Scroll to where you want to have the tearable tabs.
3. Create a table with one row and say 10 to 15 columns.
4. Right Click on a cell and select "Text Direction". Select the Vertical ones and type in your number.
5. Copy paste the cell to other cells.
6. Use the Cell border to perforate the tabs.

There you have it

Put in the upper text
Draw a table across the bottom.
Put text in one cell of the table, letting it wrap..
High light the text
Format / Text Direction - choose up and down.
Copy and paste to other cells.
Adjust table size and centering as need be.
