Lying in bed, unable to sleep with my mind running through the years gone by ...
During the day, driving long distances, unable to get a signal for the radio, thoughts rush unbidden to my mind.
Sometimes they're easy to dismiss, and sometimes difficult.
The most tenacious come when I'm feeling down, regardless of the state of the light, or the night.

Hi,
The darkness brings the shadow; the night or at least the end of the day is when they start creeping in. Then when it's pitch black and the night is still and I should be asleep shadows are launched swiftly and abruptly, filling my mind with niggling worries, foolish fears, idiotic doubts. The morning brings the light, the brightness, the hope; a fundamental change in the mood and the atmosphere. Something to hold on to before the night arrives!

Shadows remain at a constant speed as you move regardless of light or during night time.

The light mostly and especially in this room I'm in right now since the bulb is quite bright.
