Mmm I left my last job because my boss was a pr!ck.
He threw temper tantrums, and everyone else was backstabbing b!!ches. I left early one day because my husband got rearended by a drunk driver. I finished my shift, asked the staff if I could leave (they knew why). If I have time at night I am supposed to help the dishwasher put dishes away, she said go tend to my husband (he was ok).
I got pulled into the office he said "I heard you left early the other night, you are aware you need to be a team player...Oh by the way how is your husband?"
I couldn't quit fast enough. The place was really a hostile work environment. He was mean, a perfectionist, always criticized, never complimented, made workers cry, slammed things and was cold even when trying to tell you G' morning

I just had a chance to meet the new boss, he's the same as the old boss, but I won't get fooled again.

I hate the fact that everyone is so fake at my job like theyll laugh with you and stuf and the next minute there outside on their ciggarette break talking a lot of crap about the same person he was laughing with especially the boss! and the older co-workers. the way that they just want to get everything done just so they can have a cigarette break leaving stuff behind for others to do.The way they criticize how people do there job instead of telling them a better way! its all fighting and rushing its really annoying! time to look for a new one =]

Well, since I don't work, I guess my boss would be my husband? Always telling me to clean this and that, and tells me to make time for my friends.......so I guess that means I love my boss? I love my husband, he is my whole life!! oh, but wait, I didn't say what I hate about it....I hate cleaning up after the cats, but I just love to do laundry and vacuum....yeah right.

My boss is a total hypocrite. I work with some complete 'tards. At least I've got medical/dental and a 401k (oh, that will be worthless when I'm ready to retire).

Lack of communication. NO clear expectations. A boss that concucts his life in a way that garners no respect.
But are things that are good, too, so I stay!

The way people (client) I deal with sometimes take me for granted not realising the amount of work I put in to get the support they wanted then ring at the last minute and say "sorry - just cancel it" - casually as if it's no big deal.

I'm a housewife so I'd have to say I hate laundry, and the questions of why don't you have a real job? Because my f'ing visa wouldn't allow it!!
