Prozac! Just joking!!! Some might use alcohol and drugs I suppose to try to rid themselves of all the knots inside but this won't really get them untied. It will just push them aside in a tight little bundle to be revealed again once the intoxicating affect is over. Seriously I think it is up to us, each one of us individually to untie the knots that are within. Deep analysis, soul searching and learning to understand ourselves better and deal with our emotions, our qualms, fears, suspicion and all that is dark and constricted. That’s the ‘who’ that is one answer but if those knots are so tight that they seem impossible to unravel, then the guidance of a psychiatrist, counsellor, priest, hypnotherapist or some other professional might be the only other answer.

only i can. they are inside of me. others can reach in and offer a hand... if i allow them. but only i can actually feel the knots. allowing others into the process helps a lot... a hand here... a finger there... i don't remember making these knots. my life twisted and pulled in such a way that they formed without my awareness. i was too concerned with what was happening outside of me to realize what a knotted mess was forming on the inside. i don't think i've even found all of them yet. but with the help of my friends I'm getting them worked out as I find them. thank you for asking. well i ususally break my nails when i try to untie knots and i dont have the patience, but my best friend is really good with knots so if i ever need one untied i just ask her!

Most of the times I usually make my knots worse.A lot of the times people who care about me untie them.

The only one is me. I am the only one who can untie them; after all, I tied them. That doesn't mean that I remember how to do it!
