Depends if you're union or not. I made $16 an hour with OT as Assistant Manager.

There are a lot of variables in the question. The area of town, size of the company, size of the store, your education/experience can all have an impact on the starting salary. Naturally you'd expect that to increase the longer you stay with the company. Often you'll see a job listing in the paper "Salary commensurate with experience" meaning the more experience you have in that field, the higher your starting pay will be. Why not apply for the position and if you're called for an interview you can ask what the starting pay will be along with the other benefits.

Depends on where you work, Assistant Manager at Costco makes more, about $45 K at a union branch.

Its according to how big the store is. I would say at (in Utah) least 27 thousand!!!
