how to get to know someone who have a negative thinking of you?

it is a situation that i would like to know this girl, but when i ask her e-mail add through message. but when she reply, the message show me that she has a negative thinking of me now.
how can i solve this problem? and how can i get to know her again?

Ask her if you did something to offend her and if so you would like to know what you did and how you can resolve the problem.

If she is not willing to be nice, she is not worth being friends with.
