You can install a TV in the vehicle, but mainly for the eyes of the passengers. Under the MDA TV license act, you need to pay for the TV license as well. But I believe as it's still not so common, thus MDA is not enforcing it yet.

It depends on what your state regulations are. In California you cannot have a tv in front but you can have as many as you want in the back. No you don't have to pay any license fee. It is just like watching TV at home.

As long as the driver cannot see the monitor it is Ok, I think, best choice is to contact your local constable,
as for liscense fee, I presume you are in England,
and from what I know, Yes, you must have a liscense for Every Television you have regardless of if it is in the car, the house, or the belly of your androgenous Childrens Tv characters.

As long as the DRIVER is not watching the show,,Go ahead it is not illegal as far as I know. Also I have never heard of a liscense fee either. Ask a local police officer just in case there is a CITY law against it.
