What if my answer is "Your soul resides within your heart,where everything that is noble and true and godly about you surrounds it ", would that be enough?

As in all things in life its a matter of perception...Heart can translate to emotion or willpower or a level of caring...and soul well its just the energy of god..Some call it a piece of the oneness its IMMORTAL...When your at one with your mind body and Soul..you understand things beyond most human beings comprehension...
With a weak heart you lose the ability to function in the physical world...so as for DEPTH THE SOUL because it transcends the physical......the heart is more a tool for the physical existence..

The depth of one's soul is very much deeper. One's soul, if it is indeed unfettered with, is infinite once released from it's human form. Our bodies, our minds, our hearts, they are all finite. Flesh. Insignificant in the end. But our souls carry on much longer.

I don't have a soul and my heart is so covered with and full of scar tissue it has no depth.

well there is not such thing as a soul, and your heart pumps bllood through arteries, capillaries, and veins. . . so i guess ill have to go with your heart, since something nonexistant cant be very deep
