It should always be by the stop button.

Look at a button with 2 green arrows that looks like a recycle bin logo that is right next to the address bar.

You can click on that to refresh your page.

It hasnt changed at all. IE still has the same button beside the home icon(right side looking like thepair of curved arrows over each other sort of ying yang symbolism), that is, if you did not download extensions of IE..

you can also push the F5 key which is the samething its a quick key 4 refresh shortcut
