That I am still here. I used to be very reckless in my youth and took a lot of crazy chances.

I will embarrass myself here. I was charged with a DUI. In going to court with many people charged with this offense and others, before we went into the courtroom together, I said, "Hey guys, I want us to be quite for a moment while I say a prayer. They looked at me like I was strange, but I said my prayer that all of us would be given mercy by the court.

A few of the inmates asked if I was a minister or preacher, and I said no. I said I'm just gathering with you in that the Lord said in company that the prayer would be heard. I'm sure this activity would be rare and my heart was pounding in making a statement to arrested persons. When we went to court, I set beside a young person and there were hand rests on the chairs. I touched his hand (he not realizing it) and prayed again to let this young man be freed.

In adjudication there were only two people who were not incarcerated; myself and this young man. My faith was so strong that I believe that it was the reason he and I were spared. Had I not been able to touch him, I'm not sure that he would be let go. The others listened to me prior to the court appearance, but they did not believe they would be freed; and so they were not. I told all of them that they must believe that they would go home and that faith alone would make that happen.

I'm not sure the young guy who was freed had faith, but by touching him (which he did not know) an praying for him was the reason he was let go because of my faith in that what I asked for was given.

Surprise? Probably a little to a point, but knowing that it was written that we all have the same abilities of Jesus if we believe and ask for it; it is commanded that it will be done.

I was surprised later when I could do things that I did not see others do. I knew where things were, I knew what kind of car a person drove and what to look out for. For example, I told a buddy not to stand on a chair on Thursday. On Friday he called me and said he stood on a chair to install track lighting and he fell. One day we went to the beach and I gave him my cell phone. He was running along the beach and when he met back up with me, he found that the phone was gone.

He was so apologetic and I said, "no problem, I will find it". I closed my eyes and envisioned where it was, although I didn't really know, but I was somehow directed to a place and dug my hand in the sand and pulled out my phone. This same person bought a white truck and I told him not to park it on the left side of the driveway. The next day a lightening storm struck a tree and fell on the truck. Had it been parked on the right side, it would not have been hit.

I'm not so sure I am so surprised, but rather I am comfortable with my visions. I do not call them predictions and I have no gift that is not afforded to all. Faith is the key and with that gives you emense powers.
