I'm taking acting lessons and people tell me I'm good. I really wanna be on Disney Channel on a series but I have no idea how to find out about auditions. And sometimes you have to be part of a union to audition for something. How do you become part of one?

first calm down you need to relax don't get anxious about not finding work, get an agent if your good.
They don't cost anything but when they find you work they take about 10-20% of your earnings.

Disney recomends you start off as background by registering with Central Casting.

They will accept head shots and demo tapes for Disney Channel productions

If they give you a speaking, dancing, site gag, bit of action that is in the foreground or otherwise in focus and the production is a union signatory you become elgible for the union for one years.

Cost to join to the union in Los Angeles is $2,500 in Money order or Certified check, one payment. After that you are SEG, SAG, Equity and AFRTA eligible and can work all union voice and visual positions on stage, TV, radio and film, but can't do any non-union work, including non-union background and must change your Central Casting status from non-union to union.

Once you are union you will have an easier time getting an agent as they can send you on general union calls.

The problems with being under 18 is they can only work you for so many hours and have to have a studio teacher on set for your.

sadly, the union you speak of works in weird ways:
you can only get a job if you're part of the union, and you can only join the union if you get a job.
i suggest getting an agent who could hook you up with some auditions. though agents are expensive, they have plenty of connections and resources (just try to avoid a scam). the acting world is all about luck: you have to be at the right audition at the right time fitting the right view of the director. unfortunately, modern film acting is less of actual talent than it is as type casting. so if you were to audition, best to act as a generic character. hope i helped.

Unless you live in LA, forget about Disney Channel.

You need an agent. You do not need to be a union member to audition for anything.

Sometimes it just happens. You know Sean Kingston? The guy that sang Beautiful Girls? He didn't do anything, he was discovered on Myspace. You can do plays at your school. Start small, and then build your way up. It'll come naturally.
