would you be more hurt if it was a person of the same sex or opposite?
My sister & I did a road trip over the weekend and drove 15 hours straight. We talked A LOT! This topic came up..she just got engaged. I said if my hub ever left me (after 11 years of marriage) I hope it'd be for a man and not a woman. At least there was something missing, something I obvoiusly could not give or provide him. then we laughed because delirium (sp) had set in... no worries though, we are happy as can be.
What are your thoughts?

if u cant provide 4 him or whatever, then he shouldnt have married u in the first place. MAN!! ppl in 2days world are really insistent on letting the vows just blow away in the wind!
i guess sum ppl are just mentally challenged & obviously dont care about their spouse's feelings. youre supposed 2b tied down 4 LIFE, NOT just 4 a little while!
2 answer your q. tho, i hardly care 2 even think about such a creepy thing(cheaters & other types of idiots creep me out) when im only 18 & not even ready 4 a bf. i guess id prefer him 2 go 2 some other whore(she must b a whore if shes stealing sum1 elses spouse, the person not supposed 2b on market in the first place.)@ least he didnt go gay.

I agree with you. Even though I am not married, supposing I was, I think I would be more hurt if a girl left me for someone of the opposite sex. If they are a lespian, than ****, what can I do?

I honestly beleive that if my hubby of 7 1/2 years ever left me....it would be for another woman. Because it would tear my world apart if I had to tell my kids that their dad was a fag. Sorry for the f word

.... I'd prefer it not to be either..... but, if i had to choose, i'd rather it be for another woman..... then i could atleast call her all kinds of names in my head, and call him a lot of not so nice words too. If it was for another man, i'd just be revolted and glad to be done with it, and glad he was happy i suppose!
Either way, I wouldn't feel 100% responsible if my husband left me as well, if it was for another woman then, he obviously had some commitment issues, and i know he'd probably end up leaving her too eventually. I'm sure it would hurt like no other pain, but i'd get over it realising it was his problem, not mine.
then again...... i'd gladly bring up the principle, "you asked me to marry you, remember? not the other way around. if you didnt want to get married, you shouldn't've have asked, or committed. I'd of be just fine with that..." lol

If I ever became mentally unstable enough to get remarried and she left me for another woman, I think I would just give up and join a monastery at that point.

It would hurt me more if my husband left me for another woman, if it were another man I'd know it was his issue not something I did or didn't do.

Honestly i would be more hurt if it was for another female, but MORE embarassed if it was for a man. Like was i so horrible i turned you gay, thats not something i would want to tell people. lol.

If that happened I'd be please and I'd ask if her partner can join in our relationship so we could have a threesome That's of course if her partner was a girl if it was a guy I just tell her that I didn't really love her.
