Not quite.
A meeting which might last a few minutes, can at best, leave you impressed and fascinated by those you meet but not quite loving them.
Its only if you spend an appreciable time with the other person knowing their likes and dislikes and how closely do you relate to them, that you eventually fall in love with them.
One might end up loving the other person even through Brief encounters but it would b rather immature doing so and it is at best, a risk, which one could have lived without.

Yes, My grandmother meet a man whom she married and they were together until he died. They meet and where in love from the 1st moment there eyes meet she said.

In a way yes and a way no.I dont really think you can bc you dont know her. Yes bc of the attraction, you can fall in love bc of the way she looks.
