My mom went by the room I was in when I was looking at someone jacking off or something. That was kinda embarrassing but she never said anything, thank goodness!
My brother on the other hand caught me in the act twice:
Once, I was humping the bed, the other time, I was looking at porn on the internet and he walked right in saying, "I need to get on the computer real quick."
It was SO embarrassing both times, but the second time, he got me GOOOOOOOD! =P

I was never caught in the sense that one of my parents accidentally barged in on me. However, one day when I was 17 I came home and the head of my bed was nearly a foot away from the wall. I figured my mother had moved it while cleaning, so I started to push the bed back. My father was passing by and he stopped me, saying, "Oh, let's just leave it where it's at. The headboard is banging the wall at night." No recriminations, just a simple request.
It's taken me 25 years to start practicing his excellent level of casual diplomacy in everyday life. :-)

Nope but my man did come home early one time and caught me. My toy was plugged in and he could see the cord leading up to the bed. It was funny.
