It says something about dvd region but how come i can play it on my 2 laptops?
*the 2 laptops were purchased in the same region as my dektop.
*the 2 disk is region 4 and i have checked all 3 computers,and all were the same region.
Can anyone help me?

Are all your other DVD DISCS region 4 ? If not then watching the others will have preset the DVD players in the PCs to the region of those DVDs and they are designed to NOT be easy to reset. Also most have a limit of a maximum of 5 changes in their lifetime.

due to an external hard drive, the desktop is more than likely configured differently than the laptops
