I exercise, spoil myself a little ( bubble bath, a little shopping or a piece of dark chocolate etc ) and also give myself a pep-talk from time to time. Smile. Works like a dreammmmm...

Life is a fortune that is dealt to us day by day. I approve of and appreciate the fact that our greatest asset is right in front of our eyes. Relax, do what you find comforting, and keep some of your thoughts to yourself. Keep a journal and put everything in it, as is occasioned daily. Take a bath which is calming and make it lengthy. Do not, I say do not, answer the telephone or the doorbell. Those communicators are there for your comfort. As a matter of fact, make it a point to throw it out of your mind, if ANYTHING upsets you. Be an excellent listener, you will find that just sitting without having to participate in an exchange of words, is very soothing. Remember this, What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? - Romans 8:31. The Lord daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah. - Psalm 68:19. BEFORE you enter any home or a building, quietly say "Peace Be To This House." - Luke 10:5. Those who are on the premises won't understand why they must be placid. In future, read Psalm 35 (Plead My Cause) - It is a long-winded and worthwhile psalm. God will hear you and protect you from that which is known and that which is UNKNOWN. I personally read this psalm each and every day. Peace, Love and God Bless.

I listen to more sad songs, which makes me feel more sad. And then I cry and cry, and try to be invisible, but I cannot hide. So I have to get back to my work. Dealing with stress is not easy. Its not so hard either. I like to sit quiet and keep pondering over things that make me sad. And then I find ways to improvise my situation. I try to be away from the problems in the future. Go to the roots of the stress. Have friends who are in similar situations. Like.. single / married friends. Friends with similar major, similar tastes. I wear high heels when Im stressed. It makes me feel good, and like most other girls, wearing nice stuff and shoes makes me feel happy. So I try to find ways to make myself happy and convince myself that the world is dumb, and I dont have to loose my sanity/beauty of my mind for them.

Answer questions in Yahoo Answers is a good stress relief for me. But taking a walk helps - going swimming helps and listening to good music works for me.

I usually cry, and then get all tired and go to bed. But sometimes, if I'm stressed by studying, I break all of my pencils. That really helps, I feel better 10x better after breaking something
