My body was so tired until a wonderful female Dr.from Pakistan put me on high does of Vit. B-12 by mouth, under the tongue. She was the surgeon that did my nose & throat surgery and I just love her bedside manner. She told me all about what she was doing & then some. Best Dr. I have had in my 77 yrs.. I never felt rushed, she listened $ answered.

Yes, it does. In fact, it did last night. I was sooooo tired and exhausted that it began to turn into frustration and anger for me. The kids were pushing every button they could and I finally had to call it a night so that I wouldn't be on the front page morning news.

I had a good nites rest and can't wait to see the kids after school today.

Yes it does. It makes me irritable, snappy, and emotional.
Fatigue also can make you forgetful, you can not concentrate. Things like simple housework, going to the grocery store takes every ounce of mental and physical energy you have to to menial tasks.
Chronic fatigue can lead to health problems, fibromyalgia, depression, reclusiveness. It is a real disease, believe me. I have fibro and do not sleep do to pain. Fatigue, if it continues can lead to serious problem. I use to think people were nuts or looking for pity when they said they were depressed, to tired to do anything etc. Well , it is not to be ignored. I am now seeing a therapist due to mental changes I am experiencing due to fatigue. So take care of yourself girl, if you are chronically fatigued see your medical doctor.

Yeah. Especially after my third day of insomnia. Everything looks like I'm seeing it through water. I get this "ringing" in my ears that sounds like far-off crickets. I can't concentrate to read or do this, so I just stare at the tv, wishing I could sleep ...

Thanx for letting me vent. Star for you.
