I have breast implants and am nursing my son just fine! My implants were placed under the muscle which does not damage the milk ducts. If they are not under the muscle you may have problems....

Yes, I am doing that now... had implants put in over 5 years ago, under the muscle, and BF is going fine!

it is possible if the implant is positioned right. i believe it has to be under the muscle or something but im not 100% sure. but i know women have definetly done it before. google it.
