We all make our own TRUTH based on imperfect knowledge. Therefore the answer to your question is when people of this world all have perfect knowledge.
Having watched Big Brother, I think we've a long way to go before we get anywhere near TRUTH.

how do you know that is the case or that what you know is true truth is not as easy as you make out pure knowledge is quite a dangerous thing as you can know everything but not understand anything plus to trully know you understand everything but that can make you cold hearted take the mystery out of everything so nothing is trully enjoyable, wouldnt it be better to be wise and loved

the trouble is people don't always want the truth - they can't always handle it - hence religion. They find it more comfortable to make up their own truth - then fight to the death to protect it - than face the real truth. [whatever that may be]

Pure knowledge.... What you know, eh... Truth.... Hmmmm... I know many people who "know" that God Exists... and many others who "know" that He doesn't. We Knew the Earth was flat 400 years ago... We knew that Man couldn't fly 150 years ago, We knew that the moon was unreachable 50 years ago.... imagine what we will "know" tomorrow.
