Friendship problem!?

Question

I was trying to impress a guy but he just ignored me. We used to be together. After he broke up with me, I saw him checking me out again. I tried to talk to him but he ignored me. I am thinking I'm not good enough for him. Then I ask one of my friend for comfort. He said I'm not good enough but good enough. What does that suppose to mean? He also said I'm good enough but not good enough. Any tips on what is that suppose to mean?

Sounds to me it means.

You are a good person, just not the right person for this guy.
Or your too good for this guy...

Move on, this guy is not worth your time and energy.
