What colleges offer college classes through the mail to people in jail who may be sent to prison.?

I don't think anyone offers classes to jail (and I've never heard of it being done by mail!). The problem is that the population is too unstable, since people are either shipped on to prison or released quickly. Once he gets to prison, there are usually more services offered.
