Got away and few outside yesterday, but it came back today, and now the vet said it has HIV :( What am I going to do?

Throw the imposter out of your house. It is clearly not your original pet mosquito, as they only live for a day.

well with a lifespan of a day I would say let it live out the remainder of its short life in isolation,
you can always find another mosquito....

Should really catch that blood sucker and pin it down, especially if it is a girl. That will teach it not to go stickin it's blood-suckin tongue where it don't belong.

bring it to my house here in missouri.. i'll hook it up to an "iv" and a catheter. . we'll fix him right up.. ur pet mosquito will be fine on my watch.
