Titanic was the biggest ship ever at the time. Titanic was the most luxurious ship ever at the time. And most importantly, it was headed to the land of oppurtunity, America. There was rooms for the filthy rich, and rooms for the dirt poor. It could bring 2500 people to the USA. Very appealing to a European country, especially back than.

at the time it was the biggest most advanced ship there was,and made it a point to say it was UN-sinkable,and it was supposed to be the fastest for its time,at the time people boarded her, they were on their way to America to start a new life, white star lines made it a point to make sure the brochures on it said the un-sinkable titanic, unfortunately for a lot of people that proved not to be true, good luck.
