i'm not going to be a white person who defends blacks because they can do it for themselves..but is this a real question that doesn't have enough info in the question which makes it sound ignorant, or just some racist prick trying to gain attention?

No more than any other group of people cheats off anybody. In 28 years of teaching, I've caught several White students cheating off of White students, one Asian student who cheated (but not off anyone else), and one Black student who cheated off another Black student.

That is such an offensive question to ask! Are you being rude on purpose? To answer your question - Cheaters can be of any race, national origin, religious background, etc.
