I don't think this is a serious question. You've obviously got too much time on your hands. A baby alligator is not going to crawl into your house unless your house is in the middle of a body of water.

Call animal control. In some states it is against the law to kill alligators.

wait a minute, a baby alligator? like how much of a "baby" is it? is it like smaller than a foot or so? cause you could get like a neighbor to help you corral it back to the ditch, or you could just grab the cordless, go into another room and call animal control (go ahead and spend the 35 cents, I think this one is worth it) but in my humble opinion, killing it would just be inhumane and totally unnecessary

You don't, you call your state wildlife commission and tell them that you've got an alligator in your house and they will send out a trapper to LEGALLY take care of the problem.

Why would you want to kill it???? Are you for real? Call police or some authorities who can get get right away to remove it so the poor guy doesn't come to harm. They'll relocate him.

don't kill it, if it's really small try to contain it, otherwise call animal control and leave the area until they take care of the situation.

Don't kill it. Call Wildlife & Fisheries. They'll come get it and put it back in it's natural habitat.
