No, because yet you are not having any word which after using all 26 letters, once or repeatedly, falls short and need is there for the 27th alphabet. Have you? No.
So, no need.

Looking at the way you have constructed your question, it seems 26 letters are too much for you to handle. Why add an extra 27th?

Do you mean the 27th letter?
Our alphabet (note the correct spelling) is one of many in the world (Cyrillic, Mandarin, Japanese, Hebrew, etc.). I don't think there are exactly 26 alphabets in the world.

you mean a 27th letter of our American alphabet???? Probably a sound like (chkkk)....it is in the dutch alphabet. Sounds like you are starting to spit or gurgle with a tight smile (i don't really know how to explain the sound), but it's not a combo of letters here. Eg. the last name Dotlich or Golitch is pernounce Dot-lit-ch or go-lit-ch here, but in parts of europe it is pronounced Dot-likkscchh (extended deep gurgly spitty cat hissy sound) Yeah, think of a cat hissing then make it spitty or gurgly.
