According to IMDB.com he was born July 28 1971. So that would make him 36. He is also got married to Erin Dwight in 2003.

He was born July 27, 1971... Just Google him using his name - and you will find a plethora of websites featuring none other and all the information you can imagine. None of which will tell you about his 'sexual' preference however; so you can forget looking for that. (why would you want to know?????smile)
