Email with many pics how do I clean it up to forward ?

I received a wonderful forward with many pics of a baby squirrel taken in by a mommy dog and I want to forward it but it has like tons of email addys in BCC several times over, Can I fix this without saving each pic and essentially rewriting it all ? thanks

When you click on "Forward", all those email addys should be gone.

If you are saying about the BCC in the email contents, then you just have to highlight and delete them. There is no need to save each pic and reattach them one by one.
