That would be Harry Hooper (1909-1925) with 300 career stolen bases.

For single season it is Tommy Harper (1973) with 54 stolen bases.

Rickey Henderson played briefly for the Red Sox (2002) but stole only eight of his ML record 1406 while there.

The franchise career record is 300, by Harry Hooper.

The season record is 54, by Tommy Harper in 1973. (Otis Nixon was on pace to break it, easily, in 1994, but finished with 42 in the shortened season. Darn.)

Dom DiMaggio led the AL in 1950 with a whopping 15 steals. Phil Rizzuto (NYY) and Elmer Valo (Phil. A's) tied for second with 12. Not much of a speedster class that year.
