There's nothing wrong in learning ball room dancing! But at 15 ,you can wait on the sexy & sensual till your older!
Asking things like that anywhere could get you into serious trouble...
What you need is an instructor,and your parents can take you to sign up for local classes!

Lots of singles sign up to take dance classes because it may be hard to find a friend who is interested. In my experience, you can usually find a partner in the class .

Ask your parents to sign you up for classes. You'll find a partner in class, or the teacher might refer you to someone who's approximately your age and also starting to learn.
