I bought a Millions Pairs of Jeans
On Vacation!
And I only like Dark Jeans!
But After Awhile they Fade And Get Light :@
And I Refuse To wear them! Even if there New!

My Friend Told me when I was in High school
That if you wash them in Vinegar They wont Fade
[OR as Much!]
Does Anyone know how much To use?
[I didnt Ask lol ]

Please Help!

next time turn darks inside out and use cold water only, to help keep colors longer.

In the future, with new jeans and dark colored clothes, the first time you wash them, wash in cold water with 2 tablespoons salt and 1/4 cup of vinegar.

I suggest you use just a fair amount of measuring.. maybe about 1/2 cup seems reasonable. You shouldn't put too much though, you probably don't want to smell like vinegar when you wear the jeans. Good luck :)

Fill washer to medium level for one pair of jeans [ fill to large for two ].
Add one cup white vinegar for each pair of jeans. Agitate, then add jeans, submersing completely [ agitate again ].
Let soak ovenight, then finish wash with detergent added.
**Next time you buy jeans, look for 'colorfast' label.

i honestly wouldnt do that, i don't want my jeans to smell like vinegar, but this is a good question on how to keep jeans dark cause my jeans do that too :(
