Hello Lolay. Speaking to Spirits happens all the time.But if you mean having a personal conversation with one, this depends on a number of spiritual laws. One cannot have a direct one-to-one dialogue. I am a Medium, a go between for Spirits and human beings. If you train for long enough(30years for me), you can have a sort of conversation.Living is not quite right, as they are not physical.

If you see a real honest psychic medium they can communicate with the spirits,the spirits then talk through the psychic.

God might count as a spirit. and you can pray, which is talking to him. It's a privelege.
