Just put on some simple undereye eyeliner and then on your top lid just put a thin line of eyeliner dont add any color use black or brown and dont use any eyeshadow. The best eyeliner for the top lid is one with a felt tip. Like Avon's Mark. Try it....I bet you will like it and you wont look like MeMe from The Drew Carey Show!
