Anger over their Homeland situation Jealousy.
But they cannot leave because their impoverished families depend on the American dollar that these folks send home!
For Example...go to a Nursing Home....No one their cares about your OLD GRAMMA, they care about the money they send home to their 7 children and the family that is caring for the children while they are here! Gramma can croak for all they care! But their children are fed and clothed!
In a DOG eat DOG world that these folks come from...THAT IS FAIR!!!!!!!!!! Sorry if you don't like it!

I don't know but it makes me mad too! The Indians are the most notorious and blatantly obvious group that does this, first chance they get to ditch India, they scramble to the USA and then act snotty and disdain every last thing in our society and they way we do things. If you even walk within 5 feet of a hardcore Indian, watch how their face always scrunches up into a stone mask of contempt and disgust. If they hate us and this country so much and are always first to talk smack about the USA, then why in the hell did they go all out to make it here in the first place?

I think education is better in other countries. All my relatives live in Asia and Europe and I wish I could go there. I was born and raised in the US, and still live here. I'm in high school, and I think the education has failed me.
What is the use of good universities if the basics aren't there? Americans aren't properly taught in schools, it could be much better. And besides, we DON'T always have the best universities. That could very well be an opinion. One of the best engineering schools is in India in the town my mum grew up in.
Oh, and by the way, my parents are both Indian, lived in India their whole childhoods, and moved here for me and my sister. Though the fields they are in pay better here, my mum found the education in India much better (she's a teacher and taught in India for many years).
And what are the use of scholarships if college is free in other countries?
People come here for JOB OPPORTUNITIES.
Although I appreciate the freedom we receive here, America is not my favorite country.
And to Steve--thanks for the insults. I've never met an Indian who acts like that. Perhaps you don't think it's hard for us to adjust as well? Things are so different here, culture plays such an important role in everything. And things in the US aren't perfect. Things in any country are never perfect.

Jealousy is the first thing that comes to my mind. Thats like me going to Russia and telling them how much better the caviar is in America than what they have. And people always hate when someone is on top. Its just the same as how everyone criticizes Microsoft but they seem to utilize their inventions and engineering daily.

No, using fact I do talk out. no longer truly adequate although. often the "powers to be" do no longer hear to the taxpayers of this united states. And it extremely is frightening how rapidly our freedoms can dissolve, and thanks to apathy, many do no longer even are conscious of it till that is a few distance too late..

Because most of them are part of the lowest social class so they go to the U.S. to find the job that can´t be found at their countries. So, they only care about the money, not the U.S.

They learn it from the college professors who are convinced they need to tell you how to live and are agenda driven to completely change social behavior, politics, education, most often in a very liberal sense.

I don't know. I've never met anybody who does that.
All the foreigners I've met love this country. Of course they understand not everything is perfect... and you must admit it isn't.
I don't think many people who come here to go to school hate the country. I'm sorry, but I don't believe that's true.
