I personally choose not to wear any. Instead I wear slips made out of underwear-like material. I change the slip everyday. I only wear dresses.

currently everyday, but a few years ago I was depressed and changing my underwear became a rare occurrence, which caused a rash and a embarrassing smell.

every day or more if I need to. Like if I take another shower that same day. What a weird question or are you just wanting to make sure we have clean underwear on...How many times do I have to tell you Mom, they're clean, they're clean!!!

Of course everyday! I`m not going to be embarrassed and all smelly.I hate when people don`t take baths or freshen up! The smell makes me sick on the stomach.LOL

i would recomend every day but it wont really hurt anything for a couple days
